Before real estate
36 years is a long time to build anything. For Alma-Tapia Fisher, those years were spent running her own service-based business, managing teams, serving clients, and solving problems day after day. It wasn’t glamorous work, but it was deeply human work. She learned how to listen before speaking, how to earn trust through consistency, and how to show up for people even when things got complicated.
That kind of experience doesn’t come from a classroom. It comes from decades of real relationships, real accountability, and a genuine belief that people deserve to be taken care of.
Enter real estate
When Alma stepped into real estate seven years ago, she didn’t leave that foundation behind. She brought it with her. The same qualities that made her a successful business owner, attentiveness, reliability, clear communication, and a steady presence under pressure, turned out to be exactly what real estate clients need most.
